Letter of Condolence from Resident of Phu My
Hung Community

　In the beginning when Saigon South was still marshland, Mr. Ting came to Ho Chi Minh City
to study this area, with wisdom and vigor,
anticipating a new city with clean air as he has
created with Phu My Hung City today.

　I first met Mr. Ting when he went to Mr. Vo
Tran Chi's office to discuss business. He had
brought along his son. They worked hard,
measured the field themselves. Mr. Ting said:
"I want to educate my children to become
hands-on workers, live down-to-earth, and live
solid lives."

　I'm deeply saddened by Mr. Ting's departure.
He was full of kindness and I miss him dearly.

　I would like to extend my condolences to Mrs.
Ting and the family. Hope you will overcome this sorrow.
