The Extraordinary Pioneer - Chairman Lawrence S. Ting

Dear Mrs. Ting and family:

　We are extremely saddened and deeply regret
to hear the passing away of our respectable
Chairman Lawrence Ting on the night of
September 23, 2004.

　His wisdom, courage and cautious execution
style left a strong impression in our minds. We
were asked to be hard working, and to execute
each detail with the corporate motto "innovation, efficiency, detailed execution and conscience" in
mind. He taught us that sincerity is the utmost
important policy in the company, whether it is to
the government, the clients, or the society alike.
He led us to develop with innovation; to expand
with bravery. He asked the employees to step up
to new challenges, brought experts in for new
concepts and techniques. Under his strong will and leadership, Saigon South New City Center is standing tall in the midst of marshland.

　He is strict to himself, generous to others, diligent, frugal, and kind to employees. He taught us to be practical when working, but considerate when treating people. His unconditional love for his family, his wife and children is indisputable.

　He is not just our respectful chairman, but also a beloved mentor.

　At this time, our best condolence is to carry out what he has yet to finish. Under the guidance of our management, we shall work together and continue to develop and construct Saigon South to realize his vision to the fullest extent.
